Our story
We started as a small mentorship group in Noida, helping first-time founders get their first ten paying customers. The pattern was always the same: talented people, no sequence. They were learning marketing before they had an offer, and building websites before they had proof anyone would pay.
So we wrote the sequence down. Idea validation, offer design, pricing, first customers, systems, then scale — in that order, with a template for each step. That sequence became this course.
